CareerPilot provides specialized features for resume management and job applications:

• Resume Storage: Your uploaded resumes are securely stored on our servers and are accessible only to you unless you choose to share them with recruiters.
• AI Resume Modification: When you use our AI-powered resume modification feature, your resume content is processed by our AI systems to generate optimized versions. This processing is done securely, and modified resumes are stored in your account.
• External Job Applications: When you apply for jobs through external links provided on CareerPilot, you will be redirected to third-party job portals. The data you submit on those portals is subject to their respective privacy policies, not ours.
• Recruiter Communication: Messages exchanged with recruiters or job posters through our platform are stored to maintain conversation history and provide you with a seamless experience.

11. Third-Party Links & Job Portals

CareerPilot aggregates job listings from various third-party job portals and websites. When you click on a job link or "Apply" button that redirects you to an external website:

• You will leave CareerPilot and enter a third-party website
• We have no control over the content, privacy practices, or policies of these external sites
• We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every third-party site you visit
• 10XScale.ai is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party job portals
